Donations in Memoriam:

A donor may wish to make a gift in memoriam of a family member, valued friend, or pet.

Direct Gift of Appreciated Securities:

This method conserves the donor's cash while helping to avoid capital gains tax on the sale of appreciated securities. The market value of the securities is deductible in the current year's tax return. The donor should consult with their tax advisor.

Direct Gifts of Life Insurance:

If you have a life insurance policy that is no longer required, transferring the policy to the Arizona Poodle Rescue may provide benefits to both Arizona Poodle Rescue and the donor. The Trust would ultimately collect the policy value and the donor may be entitled to an income tax deduction in the amount of the policy's value. The donor should consult with their tax advisor.

Wills:

The donor may list The Trust as a beneficiary in their will. The distribution of the estate is then made at the donor's death.

Helps our pets

Every dollar you donate to the Arizona Poodle Rescue helps ensure we can provide the necessary care for any dog in need of re-homing and a second chance at loving. We are a 501(c) (3) organization so all monetary donations are tax deductible to the extent that IRS allows.

Every dollar donated goes towards the cost of care for the pets we have in foster homes across the Valley. From the basics like vaccinations and medications, to specialty surgery for those who come to us with extensive medical issues.

Arizona Poodle Rescue is an all-volunteer community passionate about making a difference to the lives of poodles, doodles and other small breeds in need and keeping them out of harm's way. The dogs come to us for various reasons from strays and shelters, to changes in their owner's life that may include the death of the owner.

Whatever the reason, we take the dogs in with dignity for those surrendering them and without vindication. After all, It's All About the dogs.
