First, the basics, Larry is a very large four year-old Golden doodle. We are seeking an all adult home only for him
Larry has been gently acclimating to living in a home. He’s a quiet giant who doesn’t get into trouble. He is crate and potty trained. He is working on his commands like sit, down, in and working on some leash walking. He’s shy at first and can be skittish in new environments or with quick movements but really opens up and settles in quickly. He starts his day with some wiggle and energy and is quick to come in and sit by you feet or nearby for some scratches and give some friendly licks. He is living with a similar sized dog right now that he gets along with to play around so would be good with like size dog or on his own. He’s looking for love and someone who will continue to build trust, confidence, and continue working on some training (he is fairly food motivated and learning how to play with toys). He is a fairly big guy so needs space to romp inside and outside but would make a great addition to a family, couple or a solo companion. Larry’s adoption fee is $600.oo including neuter, microchip and vaccines
Larry has experienced some rough times in his life and has made incredible progress in his ability to learn to trust people. We are going to be extremely selective in finding him a forever home with people that are totally committed to his future. His MUSTS are:
An adult home that tends to be on the quieter side
Patient, loving gentle people who are home a lot
A big secured yard.
