Meet Luigi,
The sweetest little PooChon (Mini-Poodle and Bichon Frise') who’s full of love and energy! Luigi is just a little over 1 year old and weighs and 9 pounds. He has a soft, fluffy white coat with adorable apricot ears and tail that give him a unique personality.
Luigi might take a moment to warm up when you first meet him, but once he feels at home, he’ll latch onto your heart and never let go. He is a very affectionate little guy that loves to be right by your side, whether it’s following you around the house or cuddling up on your lap for a little nap.
He’s wonderful with children and other dogs. While he loves both big and small dogs he's better suited for small dogs; because of his small size. He's always up for a playful romp whether it be with his human family kids or with his furry friends! Luigi is housebroken however, will need time and direction to acclimate himself to his new surroundings As will all dogs, he just needs a bit of patience as he transitions into his new home and learns which doors he's to ask to go out of when he needs a potty break.
A secure yard would be the ultimate playground for him to run, bounce, and explore. While he has toys to keep him busy, nothing beats being close to his humans!
Luigi is on the lookout for a loving family that will give him all the love, attention and security he needs to continue to thrive as a happy, funny and playful family member. A securely fenced yard is very important as Luigi is small and can wiggle through the tiniest openings. Luigi's favorite game to play is being chased by family members or his other dog friends. Luigi is extremely fast and loves to out-run the other dogs that he's playing with. Understanding how fast he is key to keeping him safe. If there are small children in the home it is important that outside doors are monitored and that they understand the dangers that open outside doors pose to Luigi.
His adoption fee is $800, which covers his core vaccines, rabies vaccine, neuter surgery, and microchip. He’s become a beloved member of his foster family, and they’re excited to help him find just the right fit in his new home.
