Hi, I'm Milo! I'm a handsome 3-year-old white Standard Poodle looking for a new home. My original owner loved me very much but was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and can no longer care for me. They made the heartbreaking decision to have Arizona Poodle Rescue find me a new home where someone can love me just as much as they did! It's a tough situation all around and now I'm hoping to find another family to call my own.
I'm a little shy when we first meet, but give me a bit of time and I'll show you what a sweet, affectionate guy I am. I am very well trained, I walk nicely on a leash, enjoy my toys, and am happy to learn new things, especially if treats are involved. (I'm a big believer in rewarding good behavior!) My favorite activities include spending time with my people and curling up beside them for a good nap. I'm also reported to be good with kids, although slow, gentle introductions are best.
Now for one important detail: I need to be your one and only dog. I've had some bad experiences with a canine sibling who repeatedly attacked me, so I am not keen on having other dogs in my space. I'd much rather have humans all to myself! A secure yard with a sturdy gate is also a must so I can enjoy outdoor time safely.

My adoption fee is $700 and includes my up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and completed neuter surgery.
