Meet Osita — a 2‑year‑old Aussiedoodle with a big heart, big energy, and big loyalty. Once Osita bonds with you, she is all in. She’s the type of dog who chooses “her person” and sticks close, soaking up love, hugs, and pets. She’s affectionate, people‑oriented, and happiest when she’s near her trusted human.
Osita is an athletic, energetic girl who currently goes for a daily run as she needs plenty of exercise. Her fosters have worked hard with her, and she’s made wonderful progress — especially with her jumping. She still needs continued training, but she’s smart, eager, and responds well to structure. She would do best in a home with a predictable routine and rules.
She’s a curious jumper, too — she’ll hop up on people and even onto the edges of counters, so her future home will need to keep surfaces clear and continue reinforcing good manners. She’s also a door‑dasher if she’s not monitored. If her person is nearby, she tends to stay close, but she will try to slip out when kids open the door, so vigilance is important.
Osita is a great eater and enjoys mealtime, though she prefers to eat in her crate since she can get a little growly if other dogs approach her food.
She gets along well with her foster dog siblings and enjoys their company. She does chase the cat, but it’s playful rather than aggressive — with the right feline personality, she may be able to coexist peacefully.
