Meet Snoop!
Snoop is an adorable 8-year-old, 12 pound Shih Tzu/Poodle mix with a sweet, gentle personality and plenty of quirky charm. He can be a little shy at first, but treats and patience quickly win him over. Once he’s comfortable, he loves being with his people, getting butt scratches, and finding cozy little hiding spots.
Snoop enjoys leisurely walks where he can sniff and explore. He walks well on a leash without pulling and is especially comfortable around small dogs. We don’t yet know how he is with cats or young children but we do know that he prefers a quiet, calm environment.
He is food-motivated and has already learned to sit. He is also making progress with his house manners. Snoop is a bit of a marker but he was just recently neutered so this issue may improve. In the meantime, he wears a belly band indoors when unsupervised. He has had no poop accidents indoors and keeps his crate clean and dry.
Snoop is not a fan of baths or having his adorable eyes cleaned, but he does allow brushing and blow-drying with patience. He’s generally a quiet little guy, although occasionally he’ll surprise you with his impressive deep bark.
Snoop is looking for someone who will give him a little time to settle in and appreciate all his sweet, funny quirks. He’s an easygoing little companion who would love to be your devoted sidekick.
Snoop's adoption fee is $500.00.This cost includes his neuter surgery, up to date shots, and a microchip.
